I spent the evening clearing off the kitchen counters, and meticulously removing stains and such from them.Compare and contrast: today vs a few days ago. Regardless of what may otherwise be believed, this does actually constitute progress. In non-house-related news, I picked up two movies at the local import DVD store: Stacy and Battle Royale. Both movies are Japanese, and both seem to have been carefully constructed to make people twitch and go, "Say what?". I'm not about to go launching into movie reviews, but they're worth looking at and I recommend both. It's also noteworthy that both are available via Netflix. |
